Sentinan

A clearer picture of health,
beyond the clinic.

We build tools that capture heart signals, heart and lung sounds and everyday function, and present them clearly for people and the care teams who support them.

01Cardiac analysis

From long recordings
to focused review.

Our leading research focus

Reviewing ambulatory ECG takes time. We are developing analysis tools that help trained reviewers inspect relevant segments, check signal quality and keep findings connected to the source recording.

Discuss a cardiac collaboration

The review workflow we are building

  1. Start from the source

Work from the full ambulatory recording, kept intact for reference.

  2. Make quality visible

Show recording limitations before anything is interpreted.

  3. Keep the context

Surface relevant segments with the surrounding signal in view.

  4. Keep people in the loop

Prepare findings for trained reviewers and clinical judgement.

02Digital auscultation

Heart and lung sounds,
kept for a second listen.

Sentinan Gen2 connected system

A stethoscope exam usually leaves nothing to revisit. Sentinan Gen2 connects a digital stethoscope, the SentiDS app for iOS and Android, and a secure web portal, so heart and lung sounds are recorded with notes and a qualified professional can listen again after the bedside encounter.

Seeking nursing-home pilot partners

Our proposed pilot connects nurse-recorded lung sounds and observations with clinician review and follow-up. Sentinan arranges and funds clinician review during the pilot, alongside equipment, software and nurse training.

A clearer picture of respiratory changes

Your nurses know the residents they care for. When breathing changes, a clear record helps the clinical team understand what has changed. Sentinan supports that process with recording technology and clinician review.

Equip and train your nurses

We provide digital stethoscopes, software and practical training for your staff nurses. Training covers device use, recording quality and the agreed care workflow. Your team has support to get started.

Sound and observations, together

The dashboard brings recordings together for each resident. In this proposed pilot view, a nurse adds symptoms and observations alongside the recording. The example uses fictional demonstration data.

Build a picture over time

Repeat recordings can take place once every few months. The timing depends on each resident's condition and the schedule agreed with the clinical team. Each new recording adds to the resident's history.

A clear record of the review

The current dashboard has audio playback and a doctor's notes area. This proposed review summary adds a reviewer and date, so the nursing team can see who reviewed the recording. Findings go through the agreed clinical pathway.

Know where each review stands

A proposed status view makes each step visible: awaiting review, reviewed, and shared with the resident clinician. That clinician decides whether and how to follow up. Urgent concerns continue through your usual clinical pathway, without waiting for pilot review.

Practical support for your nursing home

Your nursing home gains practical training, clinician review support and a structured record of respiratory observations. The pilot includes at least twenty-five seniors over six to nine months. Together, we review staff experience and how the process fits your care workflow.

Let's plan your nursing home pilot

Let's plan a pilot around your residents and nursing team. Contact Sentinan to explore a pilot for your nursing home. Together, we can build a clearer path from observation to clinical review.

03Health & fitness reports

Making health measurements understandable.

Field experience at running events

A reading is more useful when people can understand it. At running events, we have paired heart-rate variability (HRV) assessments with personalised participant reports.

Our software covers the event workflow, from registration and consent to recording, report generation and delivery. Participants receive explanations and suggested next steps, not just numbers.

04HealthWise

A guided check-in
for healthy ageing.

Guided assessment workflow

Changes in everyday health can be hard to describe at a clinic visit. HealthWise guides older adults through a session that brings together heart signals, how they feel and how they move.

The result is a report for individuals, caregivers and clinical review.

Cardiac analysis is our leading research and development focus.

We investigate how cardiac recordings can be analysed reliably and presented clearly for clinical review. Signal quality and the practical needs of reviewers guide the work.

  1. How can long wearable recordings be analysed reliably?
  2. How should signal quality shape what a reviewer sees?
  3. How does analysis hold up across different lead configurations?
  4. How might electrical and acoustic heart signals complement each other?
